Some of my favorite Healthy Recipes!

 
Healthy Pasta!

1/3 box of whole wheat pasta
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Salt

Diet Biscotti

1 Cup Flour
3 TBSP Coco
3/4 TSP Baking Powder
1/4 TSP Salt
1/4 Cup Egg Whites or 1 Large Egg
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 TSP Vanilla Extract



Chili
1 Pound of Soaked Dry Beans
1 Can Baked Beans
1 Jar Tomato Sauce
1 Chopped Potatoe
1 Onion
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1/2 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Chili Powder
(Optional: 1/2 Pound Browned Ground Turkey or Beef)
2 Servings Elbow Pasta
